Role Overview: We are seeking high-caliber sales professionals with a proven track record in the biotech or chemical sectors. You will drive global market expansion, manage strategic accounts, and lead complex commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end business development and secure long-term global contracts.
• Manage a portfolio of international key accounts and provide technical consultations.
• Execute pricing strategies and lead negotiations on Incoterms and contractual agreements.
• Represent P&K International at major global trade shows and industry conferences.
Qualifications
• 2–3+ years of experience in international B2B sales (Biotech/Chemical/Food Science preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or International Business.
• Professional-level English fluency; a second language (German, Spanish, or Mandarin) is a plus.
• Strong grasp of global logistics, payment methods, and regional compliance.
