Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing our botanical extraction lines. This role combines hands-on equipment operation with process optimization to ensure the highest yield and quality of our natural extracts.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently operate and maintain extraction, concentration, and separation equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize production workflows for efficiency.
• Author and update SOPs and production documentation in compliance with GMP standards.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up new products from pilot to commercial production.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in the plant extract or botanical industry.
• Expertise in operating and maintaining industrial-scale production machinery.
• Familiarity with international quality management systems (ISO/GMP).
• Strong analytical skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
